Usage

Take 1 (EPA 400 mg, DHA 200 mg) to 5 capsules (EPA 2 g, DHA 1 g) per day, depending on your specific EPA and DHA demand. The additional daily dose of 5 g combination of EPA and DHA must not be exceeded.
