ENERVIT CARBO FLOW is a low-fat energy product with carbs to be used before intense and sustained performance. One portion provides 208 kcal and 400 mg of cocoa flavanols, helping to maintain the elasticity of blood vessels, which contributes to normal blood flow (for a daily intake of 200 mg of cocoa flavanols).

HOW TO USE

To prepare Enervit Carbo Flow, pour 1 or 2 scoops in 150-200 ml of water or skimmed milk, mixing carefully. Alternatively, it is possible to mix it with low-fat yogurt. Use water or milk at room temperature to prevent cocoa flavanols from being degraded by heat. Our advice is to set a goal, a race or a particularly hard training and, in the 2 weeks before that goal, to take 1 scoop a day. Or, if the timeframe preceding the goal is only 1 week, take 2 scoops a day.
